Here’s my take on the Bakerella Snow Cone Cupcakes . I used white cake mix and buttercream frosting. In case you’re wondering I baked them in the mini cupcake liners then placed them in the candy cups. The sugar crystals look just like the real thing! They are super easy to make and I think they’re SO adorable! Perfect for a summer party!!
