Who says ghosts have to be so scary? I like to think of him as a friendly little guy. Here’s what you’ll need to make a ghost cupcake: Ready-To-Use Rolled Fondant (follow instructions on box), round decorative fluted cookie cutter (I used the largest I had, but you can use a lid or anything that has a round bottom as a template). Large Gumballs, Candy Eyes, and Lollipop Sticks- all can be found at your local party or craft store.
Pierce the center of the gumball (I microwaved them for a few seconds to soften them) and push your lollipop stick through. Set aside. Roll and cut your fondant (not too thin otherwise the fondant will crack or break when covering the gumball). Gently place the fondant over the gumball and insert the lollipop stick into your cupcake or a tall cup to prop it up while you add the eyes. Use a toothpick to dab a bit of frosting or corn syrup to the back of your candy eyes so they don’t slip off of your ghost.

Wonderful!
