Easter Bunny Cake


Hippity Hop! I was so happy when I found the NEW PEEPS Giant Marshmallow Bunny!!! I decided to use it as a topper for a Coconut Covered Easter Bunny Cake.

What you’ll need:

Wilton Ball Cake Pan Set


1- doughnut hole

1-bag of flaked coconut

1-can vanilla frosting

Peeps Giant Marshmallow Bunny

Cake Mix

How to:

Whip up your favorite cake mix. Use 1/2 of the Wilton Ball Cake Pan Set for the body. While your cake is baking, cover a doughnut hole in frosting and roll it in the flaked coconut (set aside). Once your cake has cooled use a serrated knife to trim off any doming.  Place cake, cut side down, on a small cake stand. Frost and cover your cake with the coconut flakes. Pierce the doughnut hole with a skewer and slide it through your cake to secure the tail. Cut the Peeps in half and add a little bit of frosting to the bottom so that it will stay in place.
